Abson Blaza Property Services have remained an Independent family run business for over a 30 years and is a name synonymous with selling houses in the Wakefield Metropolitan area. Established in 1978 by Robert Abson, and joined by Allan R Blaza in 1983, the firm is now run by Stephen Abson, who joined the firm in 1986 and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

Our internet advertising allows all our properties to be available 24/7 and 365 days a year.
We are able to offer advice on the benefits and pitfalls of the letting of your property commencing with a FREE and without obligation market appraisal.
Our letting service can be on two levels of either a full management service or a letting only to suit your needs. You will find our charges for either service to at a competetive level.
The letting only option will include us finding suitable tenants for your property, after obtaining satisfactory references, collecting the first payment of rent and an agreed bond/deposit. An Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement will be provided and include an inventory of items included. The fee will also include us serving an appropriate tenancy termination notice when required and instructed by you.
The full management service will includes those above but we will continue to collect rent from the tenants and monies are accounted to you on a monthly basis. Any enquiries from a tenant will be to ourselves and if any repairs or other assistance is required we have a range of specialist contractors to call on for their expert assistance.
